Summit Everest
It is done! On 24.5. I stood on top of Mt. Everest as a mountain guide with all 7 members of our expedition group! Up we go
Today finally the great adventure Everest starts! From BC (5200 m) on the northside (Tibet) we ascend over Intermediate Camp (5800 m) to ABC (6400 m). Then we follow the route over the highcamps C1 (7000 m), C2 (7800 m) and C3 (8300 m) all the way to the highest summit on earth (8848 m).

Waiting for the right summit window. Since our hopes for the 15. were thwarted (fixing efforts stuck at 7100 m still), it looks like a solid phase with low windspeeds may appear in the following week. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
